Provisional merit list is subject to verification of documents as well as monthly family income as per eligibility criteria. The provisionally selected students have to appear before the Institutional Scrutiny and Verification Committee for interview / verification of the documents.

Mandatory Interviews and Document Verification for Shortlisted Honhaar Scholarship Applicants

Dear Students, If you have been shortlisted by the Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) for the Honhaar Scholarship, you must complete the final selection process. This involves attending an interview and submitting your documents for verification before the Scrutiny and Verification Committee. Please follow the schedule below:

Venue: Al-Ghazali Hall, Emerson University, Multan
Date and Time:

• October 28, 2024 – Serial No. 1 to 200 at 8:30 AM
• October 29, 2024 – Serial No. 201 to 374 at 8:30 AM

Required Documents:

• CNIC
• Matric and Intermediate Result Cards
• Domicile
• Affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper, declaring family income of less than Rs. 300,000 per month
• Rent Agreement (if applicable)
• Copies of the last three months’ utility bills (electricity, gas, etc.)
• Any additional documents requested by the Committee

Important Notice:
Attendance at the interview and submission of the required documents are mandatory. Failure to attend or provide the necessary documents will lead to disqualification, and your application for the Honhaar Scholarship will not be processed further.

Please ensure you arrive on time and bring all required documents with you.

For your upcoming interview and document verification, please ensure you bring the following additional documents:

1. Attested Copy of CNIC for both the student and the father/guardian
2. Attested Copy of Domicile
3. Attested Copy of Matric Degree and Result Card/Mark Sheet
4. Attested Copy of Intermediate Degree and Result Card/Mark Sheet
5. Printed Honhaar Scholarship Application Form
6. First Semester Fee Challan
7. Original Income Affidavit on the approved template, along with a salary slip (if applicable)
8. FBR Tax Returns for the Financial Year 2023-24
