Special Quota Categories:
- Orphan students (whose father has passed away)
- Special (disabled) students
- Children of government employees from Grade 1 to 4
- Children of civilians martyred in terrorist attacks

- Children of divorced or legally separated women
Eligibility Criteria:
- Students must belong to one of the Special Quota Categories.
- Students must have obtained at least 60% marks in the Matric/Intermediate 2024 exam.
- Students from federal government or registered private institutions in Punjab are eligible to apply.
- Applicants must have full-time enrollment in Intermediate or Graduation in 2024.
- Parents’ monthly income should be Rs 60,000 or less.
- Children of government employees from Grade 1 to 4 are exempt from the income condition if the source of income is salary only.
- Children of civilians martyred in terrorist attacks are also exempt from the income condition.
