To qualify for the Nigahban Ramadan Package, applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Residency: Permanent resident of Punjab.
- National Identity Card: Valid CNIC of the household head.
- Income: Monthly income not exceeding PKR 60,000.
- Poverty Score: Below 30%.
- Assets: No vehicles registered under the family head’s name.
- Overseas Status: No family member should be living abroad.

Eligible families can register through the Punjab Social and Economic Registry (PSER) survey by the deadline of February 15, 2025. There are two methods to complete the registration:
- Online Registration:
- Visit the official PSER portal: pser.punjab.gov.pk.
- Create an account or log in if you already have one.
- Fill out the required details, including CNIC, registered mobile number, and personal information.
- Submit the form and await confirmation.
- In-Person Registration:
- Visit the nearest Union Council or municipality office.
- Bring your CNIC and registered mobile number.
- Officials will assist you in completing the PSER survey.

Upon successful registration and verification, eligible families will receive essential food items such as:
- Two 10 kg bags of flour
- Lentils (dal)
- Cooking oil
- Salt
- Dates
- Rice
- Gram flour

This package is designed to alleviate the financial burden on low-income families during Ramadan, allowing them to focus on their spiritual practices without worrying about basic food needs.
